COVID19 RESPONSE

A Message to Our Guests

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation developing around the world and rest assured, we are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization.  These are truly unprecedented times and we will continue to monitor the situation daily and make adjustments as needed.  The following are processes and procedures that we have already implemented for the safety of our Guests as well as our Employees.

  • We have implemented a no handshake policy as well as making gloves available for all our Guests and Employees.
  • We will disinfect all high traffic surfaces prior to the start of each day and every two hours during business hours using hospital grade disinfectant.
  • We will disinfect steering wheels and gear shift knobs using hospital grade disinfectant prior to installing seat covers, steering wheel covers, gear shift covers, and paper floor mats.
  • We will disinfect steering wheels and gear shift knobs again prior to our Guest taking delivery.
  • We have removed all items from our Café public areas.  We will continue to provide all current Café food which will be served by a Café attendant wearing gloves.
  • We will disinfect all Café surface areas every hour using hospital grade disinfectant.
  • We have placed hand sanitizer throughout high traffic areas for all Guests and Employees to use.
  • We have spread out all seating in our Guest lounges to accomplish social distancing as per CDC and WHO guidelines.
  • We will prop open all high traffic doors to reduce touch points (weather permitting).
  • We are disinfecting all pens after every use.

You can help us by doing the following:

  • IF YOU FEEL SICK, stay home.
  • WASH HANDS OFTEN with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • AVOID TOUCHING YOUR EYES, NOSE, AND MOUTH with unwashed hands.
  • AVOID CLOSE CONTACT with other people.
  • COVER YOUR MOUTH AND NOSE with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.
  • THROW USED TISSUES in the trash.

We would like to reassure our Guests that we are open regular business hours and we are taking all precautions necessary.  As always, the safety and health of our Employees and Guests are our top priority.  We will continue to look for ways to reduce risk while still providing assistance to our Guests and opportunities for our staff to provide themselves and families a safe environment.
